The problem

The site loads in six seconds on 4G, the Arabic version breaks the layout, and every content change needs a developer.

Landing page 1–2 weeks · full site 6–10 weeks
Discuss this
The same landing page in English and Arabic, the Arabic properly mirrored right-to-left, with Core Web Vitals gauges passing on 4G and a CMS panel the marketing team can edit
Illustrative — drawn in-house; figures show the shape of a result, not a published client result

What does Brolly.ae build as a web development company in Dubai?

Fast, bilingual, RTL-ready websites and landing pages built to convert and easy for the client to edit. Brolly.ae builds on React and Next.js with a CMS the marketing team can use, designs Arabic right-to-left layouts from the start rather than patching them on, treats Core Web Vitals as an acceptance criterion, wires A/B testing into landing pages, and delivers e-commerce on Shopify with UAE payment gateways.

What's included

What we actually build

  • React / Next.js web design and development with a CMS your marketing team can actually use
  • Full RTL Arabic support designed in from the start, not patched on
  • Core Web Vitals as an acceptance criterion, not an afterthought
  • Conversion-focused landing pages with A/B testing wired in
  • E-commerce on Shopify or headless, with UAE payment gateways and delivery integrations
What changes
  • Faster pages, higher conversion
  • Arabic experience equal to English
  • Marketing shipping without a dev queue

We baseline these before the build starts. Without a before, the after is just a claim.

Questions

Web & Landing Pages: the questions buyers ask first

Short answers, written to stand on their own — including the ones with an uncomfortable answer.

Web design or web development — which do we need?

Both, from one team. Design decides what the page says and how it converts; development decides whether it loads in under three seconds on a 4G connection and whether your marketing team can change a headline without a developer. Splitting the two across vendors is how a beautiful site ends up slow, or a fast site ends up unread.

Why does Arabic RTL need to be designed in rather than added later?

Because direction is the smallest part of it. Icon meanings, form flow, chart axes, image placement and the reading order of a hero section all flip, and a site that adds RTL late ends up with an Arabic experience that works but feels second-class — which Arabic readers register instantly. We design both directions from the first wireframe.

Can our team edit the site without a developer?

Yes — that is a requirement of the build, not a nice-to-have. The CMS is chosen for the people who will use it, pages are assembled from editable sections, and the marketing team is trained at handover. A site where every content change needs a ticket is a site that goes stale.

Do you build landing pages for ad campaigns?

Yes, and usually with the same team that runs the ads, so the page and the campaign are one experiment. A landing page is live in one to two weeks with A/B testing wired in, in English and Arabic, with WhatsApp and call paths for a market that would rather message than fill in a form.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

Brolly.ae quotes each build as a fixed price after scoping, in AED, excluding 5% VAT. What moves the number is the number of page types, the languages, whether e-commerce and payment integrations are involved, and how much original design and content is needed. A landing page and a bilingual e-commerce site are not the same engagement, and we say which one you need.
