Details you submit through our enquiry form (name, email, company, phone, message and budget range); basic analytics about how the site is used; and any information you share with us during a call or engagement.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to deliver services you've engaged us for, to improve the site, and to send you material you've asked for. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and your rights
We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Where data is stored
Enquiry data is held in our CRM and email systems. For client engagements we default to UAE or EU hosting regions and will confirm specifics in the engagement agreement. If your sector requires UAE data residency, tell us during discovery.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Client data is retained per the engagement agreement.
Third parties
We use standard providers for hosting, analytics, email and CRM. Each processes data on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
Cookies
We use cookies for basic site function and analytics. You can block them in your browser; some parts of the site may then behave differently.
