AI training courses in Dubai

Brolly Academy — UAE

The training practice that has taught 9,000+ learners, now running cohorts for UAE teams and professionals.

Two audiences, one curriculum bench. Companies book private cohorts to get their own people using AI properly — with their own data, in their own tools. Individuals join open-enrolment cohorts to move into an AI or marketing role. Both are taught by practitioners who also deliver client work, which is the entire point.

What AI training does Brolly Academy run in Dubai?

Brolly Academy UAE runs corporate AI cohorts, open-enrolment programmes and executive briefings in Dubai. Five programmes cover AI for business teams, automation engineering, AI-powered digital marketing, data analytics and generative AI for developers. Every programme ends with something built rather than a certificate for attendance, and is taught by practitioners who also deliver client work.

Why it's part of the agency

Training isn't a side business. It's how the projects survive.

Every automation we ship has an owner on your side who was taught to run it. That is the single biggest predictor of whether it's still in use a year later.

Taught by people who deliver

The instructors also build client work. The examples are current because they came from last month's project.

Your data in the exercises

Corporate cohorts train on your actual documents and workflows, under NDA. Generic exercises don't transfer.

Assessed before, measured after

Pre-assessment shapes the syllabus; a manager readout after the cohort says what changed and what still needs support.

Questions

What companies ask before they book a cohort

Including the accreditation question, which buyers ask first and most training pages answer last.

Are your courses KHDA-approved?

We do not currently publish a KHDA training permit or attestation, and we will not claim one we cannot show you. KHDA is Dubai's education regulator, and a KHDA-attested certificate is what many UAE employers look for on a training record. If attestation is a requirement for your organisation, tell us before you book — we will confirm the current position in writing rather than leave it vague. Every programme issues a Brolly Academy certificate of completion based on the project the participant actually built.

What's the difference between a corporate cohort and open enrolment?

A corporate cohort is private, built around your tools, your data and your workflows, with a pre-assessment before the syllabus is finalised and a manager readout afterwards. Open enrolment is for individuals and small teams, runs evenings and weekends for working professionals, and is capped in size so people actually get feedback on their project.

Do participants need a technical background?

It depends on the programme. AI for Business Teams is built for non-technical staff in sales, ops, HR, finance and admin, and assumes nothing. Automation Engineering and the analytics track suit ops leads, analysts and technical marketers. Generative AI for Developers assumes working software engineers. The pre-assessment exists so nobody is placed in the wrong room.

Will the team actually use this afterwards, or is it a two-day event that fades?

That is the failure mode the format is designed against. Every programme ends with something built — an automated task, a shipped automation, a live campaign, a working dashboard — using the participant's own data and tools. Corporate cohorts include a 30-day post-training support channel, and the manager readout says what changed and what still needs support.

Can you train our team on the systems you built for us?

Yes, and it is included rather than upsold. Every Brolly.ae engagement ends with handover: runbooks, admin training and academy sessions for the people who now own the automation. Training is part of why the projects survive, not a separate business.

How do you handle sensitive company data in the exercises?

Corporate cohorts train on your actual documents and workflows under NDA, because generic exercises do not transfer. Where that data includes personal data, handling follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and the foundation programme covers what must never be pasted into a public AI tool — which is usually the most immediately useful hour of the two days.
